Mica white fine

Aqua 2G basecoat in bright orange aluminium (2-833) is a product that combines the metallic shine of aluminium with a vibrant, bright orange hue. This colour gives surfaces a modern, dynamic look, ideal for projects where a crisp yet elegant finish is required.
Thanks to its unique formulation, varnish 2-833 offers excellent coverage and ease of application for a uniform, glossy effect. Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO 
Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION 
10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
