Orange 0.5L

Aqua 2G Orange (Code: 2-320) is a high quality water-based basecoat that impresses with its vibrant orange shade. Based on an advanced resin, this varnish provides exceptional covering power and performance. The product guarantees excellent results from the first application, thanks to its easy shading and excellent adhesion to various surfaces. Aqua 2G Orange makes it possible to reproduce the most original and intense shades of orange. In addition, by reducing the use of organic thinners by up to 90%, the product is environmentally and environmentally friendly, taking care of the users' health.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO 
Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION 
10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
