A2G Ocean Blue (Code: 2-502) is an advanced water-based basecoat that impresses with its deep ocean blue hue. Based on high-quality resin, this varnish provides excellent coverage and exceptional performance. Its formula allows for intense, long-lasting color while preserving the natural texture of the surface. A2G Ocean Blue has excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces, guaranteeing perfect results from the first application. With a significant reduction in the use of organic thinners, up to 90%, the product is environmentally friendly and safe for the health of users.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat

MIXING RATIO

Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010

SPRAY GUN SETTINGS

Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

APPLICATION

First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure

EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION

10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
