Crystal red

Aqua 2G Crystal Red (Code: 2-324) is an advanced water-based basecoat featuring an intense crystal red hue. Based on high-quality resin, it provides extraordinary covering power and outstanding performance. Its crystalline formula makes it possible to achieve a deep, shiny color while preserving the natural texture of the surface. Aqua 2G Crystal Red offers excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces, guaranteeing outstanding results from the first application. By reducing the use of organic thinners by up to 90%, the product is environmentally friendly and safe for the environment and users.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO 
Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION 
10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
