Aqua 2G basecoat in sea green (2-603) is a unique shade that combines deep green with subtle bluish tones, reminiscent of the colours of the sea water. This elegant yet fresh colour is perfect for projects requiring a modern and distinctive finish.
Sea green lacquer (2-603) has excellent coverage and ease of application, achieving a uniform, saturated colour with minimal effort. SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat

MIXING RATIO

Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010

SPRAY GUN SETTINGS

Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

APPLICATION

First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure

EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION

10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
