White

A2G is an advanced system of water-based basecoats, including more than 60 color mixes. Our white varnish code 2-100 is based on a high-quality resin, which provides exceptional covering power and performance. The product features easy shading and excellent adhesion to various surfaces. Thanks to a wide range of toners, A2G makes it possible to reproduce even the most original coating colors. In addition, thanks to a reduction in the use of organic thinners of up to 90%, it is environmentally and environmentally friendly.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO 
Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION 
10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
