Red Xyralic

Mix X43 Red Xyralic is a basecoat with an intensive red colour and xyralic pigment, which creates a striking, sparkling shine with a deep effect and dynamic light reflections. Thanks to the special light-reflecting flakes, the paint changes its appearance depending on the angle of incidence of light, giving the surface an exclusive and modern character. The thinner formula ensures easy application, fast drying and even coverage. Ideal for special effects and professional paint finishes. The product guarantees durability and precise colour matching.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat

50 parts of thinner CP 048/ CP 055/ CP 078
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm;
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
Control coat first, then application
of full poured coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat on reduced
pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION 
At 20°C and 65% relative humidity
10-15 min before application of
clearcoat
