Mix S12 White Super Non-Transparent is an extremely opaque white component of the Kar-Bon system, ensuring maximum coverage with a minimum number of layers. Thanks to the thinner formula, the paint is easy to apply, dries quickly and creates a uniform, smooth coating. Ideal for achieving an intense white, non-metallic finish with exceptional color depth. An excellent choice for professional applications where perfect coverage and durability are important.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat

2:1 100 parts of KAR-BON 50 parts of thinner CP 048/ CP 055/ CP 078
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
Control coat first, then application of full poured coat. For solid colours this is the end of the process, effect colours require an additional coat on reduced pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
At 20°C and 65% relative humidity 10-15 min before application of clearcoat
