Prepare CP 375
Prepare CP 375
The CP 375 primer coat dries quickly, and in consequence we may undertake subsequent works over the surface faster.
Hardened CP 375 primer coat should be prepared for base application.
In order not to cause formation of deeper scratches it is recommended to use paper with greater weight, we used paper P400.
There are no problems with sanding, since the layer of the primer coat is not very hard, and as a consequence the level of dust is significantly lower.
After sanding the surface it is blasted with compressed air to remove the layer of dust and then paper gradation is reduced to P800, so as to smooth the surface.
Even when applying such a fine paper no paper “fouling” will take place.
Then after completion of this process the sanded workpiece should be cleaned and degreased.
