The varnish obtained from the KAR-BON system of the Profix company was used. This colour selection system ensures perfect colour matching.
After preparation of the colour that we are interested in it should be mixed in the ratio 2:1 with the CP 048\078 thinner.
After mixing all the components we obtain a mixture that is ready for spraying.
We must remember to use a spray gun type HVLP with a nozzle diameter of 1.2-1.4 with the applied working pressure of 2 Bars.
Spraying should be carried out in the distance of ca. 15-20 cm from the varnished workpiece at a straight angle.
We should wait several minutes between the layers to allow for thinner evaporation.
After completion of the painting process we should wait for drying of the base layer.
