The CP 2015 HS varnish manufactured by Profix is characterised by the content of a very large amount of dried mass. As a result the achieved coating has got a high gloss, depth, and the varnish does not run off the vertical surfaces.
It is intended for varnishing of small and large surfaces of vehicles, machines and equipment. The varnish is characterised by high resistance to scratching.
Thanks to short drying period the varnish is recommended for "smart repairs". The product CP2015 should be mixed in the ratio 2:1 by volume with a dedicated CP 3015 hardener manufactured by Profix.
After mixing the obtained mixture ready for spraying. The varnished surface may be wiped with an anti-static cloth to remove the possible dust.
It is recommended to use a HVLP spray gun with the nozzle diameter of 1.2-1.4 and the applied pressure of 2 Bars for a clear varnish application.
It is recommended to use half the layer at the very beginning, and then the entire layer after evaporation. It is also possible to varnish using two complete layers.
The obtained surface is smooth and free from any streaks and after one hour in the temperature of 20ºC it is completely dry.
