Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO
LS is added to the solvent base. For OEM codes, the amount of additive is determined by the recipe in the recipe software
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
Application is subject to the specific method and colour that the additive is used with
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
5-10 min after application at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
