SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO
StarDust is added to the solvent systems (KAR-BON, GREEN-LINE) thinner base and Aqua 2G waterborne system. For OEM codes, the amount of additive is determined by the recipe in the recipe software. In case of own colours, a maximum of 10% of StarDust is added

Nozzle size: 1.4-1.8mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
Application is subject to the specific method and colour that the additive is used with
