BLENDER Fade out binde
The Blender resin, a one-component formulation designed for vehicle bodywork, serves
the specific purpose of harmonizing colour disparities between the basecoat used (such as
KAR-BON or GREEN-LINE) and the existing basecoat on adjacent areas during localized
touch-ups.
Upon application of the CP 998 resin coat, a layer of shaded PROFIX basecoat is applied
wet-on-wet. Thanks to the distinctive properties of CP 998, this process achieves a
flawless transition without any imperfections at the border, rendering the shade difference
invisible.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Degrease the surface, matt the old coatings with a grey fleece (P1200) or a gold fleece (P1500) or, preferably, with a matt polish
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
1-2 coats on the surface before shading with basecoat. Apply the basecoat immediately after the resin application in order to prevent the resin coat from drying out
