CP 334

Soft Plus polyester putty

CP 334 Soft Plus multi-purpose polyester putty seamlessly combines the attributes of a filling putty with those of a finishing putty. Renowned for its excellent adhesion to various substrates, it adeptly fills both large irregularities and small cavities. Easy to apply and can be abraded with coarse and fine papers, Soft Plus ensures a very smooth surface without holes, minimizing the necessity for unnecessary sanding.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
The product is applied to
a previously sanded and cleaned
substrate. Old coatings should
be removed. The most effective
method is application on an epoxy
primer CP 394. Do not apply putty
on top of reactive primer
MIXING RATIO 
100 parts of CP 334
Hardener:
• < 10°C - 3-3.5%
• 10-20°C - 2-2.5%
• > 20°C - 11.5%
Application in several thin coats.
After each of these, the product
should be cured
The product must be mixed before
and after adding the hardener
DRYING 
Drying times at 20°C and
65% relative humidity:
- 20-30 min
IR DRYING 
~5 - 10  min, do not exceed 80°C
GRINDING 
Coarse (dry): P100-P120
Finishing (dry): P120-P280
