CP 332

Finish spray putty

CP 332 Finish is a polyester spray finishing putty, that is characterized by an excellent and smooth finish, even on large surfaces. Importantly, the product effectively isolates from the acrylic primer, preventing issues from using too much or too little hardener in polyester putties. To speed up curing, CP 332 Finish can be baked at a temperature not exceeding 60°C. Available in a convenient 1 kg package, it offers a practical solution for achieving a flawless finish in various applications.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
The product is applied to
a previously sanded and cleaned
substrate. Old coatings should be
removed. Is to apply the product on
CP 394 epoxy primer. Do not apply
putty on top of reactive primer
MIXING RATIO 
100 parts of CP 332 + 4.5 parts of
hardener (included)
Optional 10% of CP 032 thinner
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS 
Nozzle size: 1.4-1.6 mm;
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION 
1-3 coats
DRYING 
Drying times at 20°C and
65% relative humidity:
~ 2-3 hrs.
Drying times at 60°C and
65% relative humidity:
~ 30 min
IR DRYING 
~8-12 min, do not exceed 80°C
GRINDING 
Coarse (dry): P180-P240
Finishing (dry): P280-P360
