A2G Transparent Yellow-Orange is a water-based basecoat that stands out for its unique transparent yellow-orange shade. Based on an advanced resin, this varnish offers exceptional covering power and excellent performance. Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO
Product diluted according to the colour: - solid 5% dilution CP 010 - effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
First control coat/spread, then application of full coat. For solid colours this is the end of the process, effect colours require an additional coat with reduced pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
10-15 min after coating at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
